SESSION FEES
Package A) $300.00 This sitting fee includes 15-25 in the studio. This sitting can include head and shoulders, three quarter, and full length shots, as well as up to two changes of wardrobe. This fee includes up to five people, whereafter there is a $10.00 additional charge per person.
Package B) $350.00 This sitting fee includes 25-50 poses in the studio. This fee includes up to ten people, whereafter there is a $10.00 additional charge per person. This sitting is recommended for the customer seeking multiple and sub groupings with more proofs to choose from.
Package C) $500.00 This sitting fee includes 25-50 poses at an outdoor location with available light. This fee includes up to ten people, whereafter there is a $10.00 additional charge per person. Location possibilities can range from Barton Pond, the Huron River, Bandemer Park, the Arboretum, the University of Michigan Law Quad, Lake Michigan or the client's yard, or an outdoor location of the subject's choosing. Locations should be discussed beforehand with the studio. Samples of different locations are on display at the studio and in the photo gallery of the website.
Package D) $700.00 This sitting fee includes 20-30 black & white and/or color poses at an interior location with strobe lighting. A strobe system is assembled in an interior location of the subject's choosing. This fee includes up to ten people, whereafter there is a $10.00 additional charge per person. This sitting is recommended for family portraits in the client's home.
There is a $200 minimum reorder fee added to every sitting.
ADDITIONAL POSES: There is a $50.00 charge for 15-25 additional poses for all packages. This is recommended for subjects with several wardrobe changes and sub-groupings.
LOCATIONS
The studio is willing to try new locations to suit the customer, but there are four specific ones that we have used over and over again with amazing results. These locations have enough unique characteristics so that each sitting should have its own signature. However, the studio is willing to consider other places and possibilities that are meaningful to the customer.
THE UofM NICHOLS ARBORETUM

The UofM Nichols Arboretum is is a treasure of beautiful hills, river & land off north side of Geddes Rd. It provides the subject with a nature inspired backdrop of trees, pines, grass fields & the Huron River(& even railroad tracks if so desired). The session involves about an hour walk with stops along the way to capture the various backgrounds. The wardrobe is usually casual with sensible walking shoes recommended.
LAW QUAD

The most popular one for seniors is the University of Michigan LAW QUADRANGLE. Located at the corner of South University and State Street, the Law Quad is rich with architectural detail and history. Its columns and stonework is especially nice for a collegiate backdrop, while the trees and well maintained gardens offer a colorful green and floral backdrop. It is a gem in the middle of Ann Arbor and can provide a spectacular backdrop for pictures of all kinds.
BARTON PARK

This setting is off Huron River Dr. (about 1/2 mile west of N. Main St.) and offers the subject with a natural, wilderness backdrop of trees, grass and the water of Barton Pond. It is a more suitable setting for casual clothing, such as jeans and casual tops instead of formal suits and dresses ( however sundresses work fine). Jeans and shorts and white tops are my favorite outfits for the dock on the water.
BANDEMER PARK

This setting is on the other side of the Huron River under the viaduct of the M-14 expressway. The subject is surrounded with concrete, cement and steel, often with water in the background. It is a modernistic setting of shades of grey that create a neutral backdrop that enhances the subject's face and body. The preferred clothing here are shades of black, grey and white and I prefer the finished pictures to be in black and white (however, sometimes color works fine). Suits and ties (loosened) for guys is a good wardrobe selection along with T-shirts or solid colored sweaters. Black dresses are great for women or anything solid and simple.
LAKE MICHIGAN
This setting includes the shores of Lake Michigan. This is a family home that is located 5 miles south of Frankfort, Michigan near Crystal Lake and 30 minutes south of Traverse City. It offers the subject with water, sand, bluffs, dunes and grasses and is truly a phenomenal setting. Pastel tops, khakis, polos shirts, sweaters, sun dresses and capris work well here. The customer may bring a variety of outfits and decisions can be made upon arrival. A preferred sitting time is late in the day, about an hour before sunset.
A nice place to stay for one or two nights (if you are traveling north for this sitting) is Watervale Inn in Arcadia which is a 10 minute drive south. www.watervaleinn.com They have quite affordable rooms in the lodge.
PRINTS
PROOFS:
Proofs from the sitting are emailed to the customer (low resolution and watermarked). The electronic proofs are uncropped, unedited, and primarily used to judge the subject's expressions. Reprints may be ordered in color and/or black & white. The difference between an electronic proof and a edited print or CD is considerable.
REPRINTS/CD's
Unit prices for wallets, 4x6's & 5x7's are from the same pose. Prints may be ordered in black & white and/or color from the same pose.
All prints and electronic images include general retouching.
The customer may order a CD of all unedited images for $200.
Edited Electronic Images are available for $125 each.

Cards are available in black & white or color. They may be used in communion, birth, graduation, or holiday announcements. We offer folded cards with a personal greeting inside that measures 5" x 7" and has a semi-matte finish. Envelopes are included with all orders.

CANCELLATION:
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is not postponed or cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time, a $50.00 fee is charged to the client. Exceptions will be made in cases of emergencies.
